In consideration of value received I hereby give Craig Harris DBA Harris Enterprises his successors and assigns and anyone acting under the authority or permission thereof, unrestricted permission to copyright and/or use, and/or publish photographic portraits or pictures of me, and the negatives, transparencies, prints, or digital information pertaining to them, in still, single, multiple, moving or video format, together with my professional name and or endorsements together, or seperately in any web site, media or publication owned, produced or controlled by Craig Harris at any one time here after and as often as desired.

I agree that my photographs and any negatives thereof shall constitute the sole property of Craig Harris, with full right of disposition as indicated in the paragraph (first) above. I hereby irrevocably consent to and authorize the use by Craig Harris or anyone authorized by Craig Harris of my photographs or any reproductions thereof without additional compensation to me.

Photographs as used herein include any reproduction of my likeness made by process, in black and white or in color or in any combination thereof, alone or in conjunction with other persons, under any characterizations or settings and under any historical, fictitious or other names, or based on or involving any stunt poses, distortions, optical illusions additions, alterations, retouching, compositions with other reproductions of any kind, or as part of any editorial or written feature, however unusual.

I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the Photographs or the editorial or advertising copy or printed matter that may be used by the Users in conjunction therewith. I further waive any claims that I may have to the eventual use to which it may be applied. Such Photographs may be used, in the sole discretion of the Users, with or without my name, or a fictitious name and with fictitious or accurate quotations, interviews or biographical material. The Users may use such the Photographs and accurate or fictitious statements attributed to me which may constitute endorsement of services or products, in the sole discretion of the Users.

I hereby warrant that I understand the genre of web sites, media and/or publications in which my photograph(s) may appear. I voluntarily and knowingly have consented to engage in physical nudity or sexually explicit acts for recording, publication, sale and distribution, electronically or in paper form, and assume all risks of doing so. I understand that I may be subject to publicity, embarrassment, shame, ridicule, attention and more as a result. I am solely responsible and accept full responsibility for my actions. I do not find images of nude adults, adults engaging in sexual acts or other sexual material to be offensive or objectionable, and I will not be offended by engaging in explicit sexual display or viewing such conduct by others during filming and shooting this engagement.

I hereby warrant that I am over eighteen (18) years of age and have the right to contract in my own name. I have read the foregoing and fully understand the contents thereof. This release shall be binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.
